Based in our studio on Friar Gate in Derby we're well positioned to work on projects across the midlands area. We have designed new build homes, loft conversions and extensions in Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Birmingham and the surrounding counties.

Process
How we work with clients.

Conversation & site visit
We meet you at your property, listen, and understand how you live and how you would like your home to work better for you.

Fee proposal
We provide a written fee proposal bespoke to every project. This outlines the stages of work and associated costs for each stage.
- 03
Feasibility and planning
Initial feasibility drawings are prepared in accordance with the project brief. These are presented at a scheme review meeting alongside 3d visuals showing the key spaces. Any required amendments are made before submission for planning approval.

Structural Engineering
Following successful planning approval a quote for the structural design elements will be prepared. A site visit (where required) will take place before our structural engineer prepares the calculations.
- 05
Detailed Design & Construction Drawings
Using the structural calculations we prepare detailed construction drawings. We manage the submission of these to Building Control on your behalf.
